	Slums of Andhra Pradesh On a recent visit to Andhra Pradesh, Dr Prasad stopped at a village and spoke about the appalling living conditions that many people in India still have to endure.

	Heal Bike Ride 8 cyclists have completed a gruelling 235 mile bike ride in aid of Heal. The riders cycled from Barrow-in-Furness in Cumbria to Dinnington in South Yorkshire.

	The Opening Ceremony of the Boys Hostel The Boys Hostel was officially opened on December 3rd, 2005 with directors of Heal UK, Heal India and members of the press present. One of the new directors of Heal, Matthew Glover, recounts the days events along with his brother, Andrew.

	Letter from Vijaya to Abbot Hall School, Stowmarket At the request of Abbots Hall School, Stowmarket, a Colour Television has been installed in the common room in the Village for the children’s entertainment, purchased with the money raised at their Harvest Festival in October 2003.

	HEAL UK – 12th Anniversary celebrations. The Garden Party on Sunday 11th July 2004 was a huge success, despite the inclement weather (we had to take over the village hall at the last moment) despite this; we had a good turn out, raising almost £1,900.
