Ankita Children’s Home
Ankita is the original home donated to the charity by Dr Prasad in 1992, and is where the Heal charity all began.
Ankita is now home to around 20 older girls who having finished High School, are continuing with further educational studies, some going on to college. The grounds of Ankita are well maintained like the Heal Children's Village and creates a wonderful atmosphere for the girls to study and lead happy lives.
Heal is committed to helping our children to achieve a higher education before going on to support themselves as adults when they are ready. We are committed to helping our children beyond just primary and seconday education, and help them through the process of higher education.
